Colleen's exceptional contributions to Adult Family Homes have not gone unnoticed. She was recently recognized for her helpful organizational style within the Arc's Adult Family Homes. Her dedication and hard work at The Arc make her an invaluable asset to the team. We are excited for her continued success and growth!

Meet Todd!

Todd is one of our newest members at The Arc Fond du Lac. He currently resides in our Stone Adult Family Home. Even though Todd just started, he has been a very active member. He is on The Arc Fond du Lac Board of Directors, is a member of the Aktion Club, participates in many CEP events, and helps promote and run Arc events. The Arc is thrilled to have such a strong self-advocate on our Board of Directors. This allows us to learn from someone with a lived experience, see different perspectives, and help us make the best decisions for our agency and those we serve.

Todd says that his favorite thing about The Arc is "being able to come to see everyone every day, and the activities that are provided". During the weekdays, Todd spends his time in the Opportunities Center where he enjoys "helping other members complete activities".

Todd has been an employee at Target, here in Fond du Lac for 32 years, where he has been a very proud employee since the day it opened in the summer of 1992. He helps in many areas of the store, but the section he mainly works in is the professional sports team apparel. Todd loves all Wisconsin sports teams; however,
his favorite is the Green Bay Packers. In 2003, Todd was able to become a season ticket holder. He tries to get to as many home games as he can.
