1.5 hours of training of Resident Rights Review and Abuse and Neglect prevention review including: reviewing the WI state statute 51.61 and DHS 94, discussions on rights and abuse scenarios, guardianship and rules pertaining to rights, defining abuse and neglect, understanding how to report, information on mandated reporting, prevention techniques and resources for victims and caregivers, lastly a review of caregiver consequences for violations.
